Fri, Aug 6, 2010 16:30: Instrument Ground School
The next BEFA Instrument Ground School will begin on January 3, 2011. It will also be offered in conjunction with Renton Technical College. (Because of this, Boeing employees may be eligible for tuition reimbursement.) Although registration does not open until November 16, you may sign up now in the BEFA Renton office to reserve a spot in the class (which is limited to 16 students).

This 54-hour course will be offered on Monday and Wednesday evenings, beginning at 5:15PM, in the BEFA Renton classroom. The cost is $425, including all course materials. The course is open to the public.

Thu, Jul 23, 2009 0:05: BEFA Aircraft Support Boeing Flight Ops
Boeing Phantom Works and BEFA have concluded a "Bailing Agreement" whereby they will be using Cirrus N662AJ approximately 100 flight hours for a test program. The program principals will work around the BEFA schedules as much as possible to minimize scheduling impact to the Association pilots. The tentative schedule is for the program to conclude in late December.
